The companionway doors arrived in good shape, but were the wrong color. I called and they apologized and asked that we try them in to make sure hey fit and then gave us a free shipping Fed EX shipping label. We sent them back and received a phone call to assure it they arrived and ask how they fit. The new doors arrived a week later and we couldn't be happier.

I purchased companionway doors for my Island Packet and I was apprehensive at first about having to supply measurements for the order. The process is quite simple and the help I received over the phone was more than adequate.
When the order arrived I wasn't totally happy with the fit. I contacted Zarcor by phone and emailed photos. I may have made a mistake when measuring but that was never a topic of discussion They only had one concern and that was to satisfy me. Zarcor re-made and shipped the replacement doors quickly. They're perfect. The company is small and the people have integrity and pride in their work. Refreshing. Great doors too!

A long story worth telling. I purchased a pedestal guard drink and binocular holder at Strictly Sail Chicago two years ago. I guessed at my pedestal guard dimensions and found after I got home I was wrong and the guard wouldn't fit.
What's worse is my old Yacht Specialties guard was a non-standard 12 1/2 in width so none of Zarcor's standard pieces would fit. After talking to John at the show one year ago he told me to ship the holder back along with dimensions and he would make one to fit my odd guard.
I made a template, shipped my original unit back and within a few weeks had exactly what I needed accompanied by a note from John saying this one better be right :-)
I couldn't have been happier or more surprised at such great customer service. I also have several other Zarcor accessories for my good old boat and all have fit and performed perfectly.
